This is a brilliant post, with so much information but also not a huge overload that would seem like too much to handle. As other people have said, it's sensible and realistic. I've been on MFP for over a year now, but have never really made the true effort I should with it, and not lost a lot, although it has made me more aware of what I eat. Now I'm getting back to it, and have taken the photos and measurements too so that I can really see where the work will pay off. Thank you for posting this. I will have my sexypants on for the summer!
