Greetings. It's been a long time since I've kept track of what my eating habits. I finally broke down and went to a Dr. who specializes in weight loss. I started Feb. 12. So far, I am down 6lbs. Breakfast and lunch are easy for me. Dinner is where I have the most problems with. I have to stay in a certain calorie range and protein range. So I'm searching for new recipes that are also family/kid friendly. Would love new friends that want to chat and keep each other on track! Hope everyone has a great day!

    I've been on Slimming World for 4 weeks & just joined MyFitnessPal. I'm disabled due to an ongoing chronic hip problem, so I struggle a bit with exercise! Looking to add friends for support.

    What type of medication are you taking? Yes, the moderation thing did not work well for me at all. That is why my Dr. suggested using this. I had used it years ago, but never used it. I need to keep up with it!

    That was me too! Just think of logging in as coming to chat with some friends that are going through the same thing. We all could use some motivation from each other for sure!

    Hi, new to this. Had a few attempts at losing weight over the last few years. Never really stick at it so thought I'd try MFP and see I've can be a bit more successful with a bit of help and support from others in the same boat as me. Welcome any new friends.
