Shaved Parmesan Romano cheese

    YUM! I'd add cucumber and green bell pepper chunks. Make a bunch and save some for tomorrow.

    Looks fabulous! I have all of these ingredients except the shaved parm. So simple and yet I wouldn't have thought to make it. Thank you! I am going to add it into next week's lunch rotation. :)

    As Italian, I wonder what you refer to as "Parmesan Romano" (Parma and Rome being different towns) :smile: I bet you refer to pecorino romano, that is a hard sheep cheese, but quite different in taste from parmesan. I would try both cheeses :smile:

    It's just the cheese I happen to have on hand after my surgery :D Of course anyone can use any cheese they like. :D or no cheese at all.
