Struggles or successes of your week: Because of my ankle issue, my gym time and what I can do is limited. So, instead of eating my normal calorie range and reduced it every so slightly to adjust for lack of activity. Seem to work. Proud to that I went out with Husband two days last week, and didn't drink, and was really careful in my food choices.0 -
Im soo up for it too lol. Dont feel like im doing well this week ate some cake the other day and let myself down althought ive upped my fitness this week im proub of that

Struggles or successes of your week: On March 16 I started a "biggest loser" challenge at my work, and it goes until June 29. We all had to pitch in $50 and at the end, the winner gets 75% and the runner up gets 25%. The prospect of losing weight, plus having several hundred dollars to spend on new clothes is super motivating!
Another success is that I went to a weight lifting class at my gym for the very first time, I usually just stick to cardio and the odd circuit training. I'm unbelievably sore but it's worth it!0 -

I have been fighting a bad cold/cough for
more than 2 weeks.
But finally after seeing my Dr,
and getting medicine I am beginning to
feel much better!
But, again, no walking this week.

I was able to cut back my calories for some of this week. It may be because I was really busy this week, or maybe its cause my boyfriend is gone I really hope that just because he gets back I dont start eating like a pig. I mean I managed to eat way over my calories yesterday and still lose some weight so maybe I can still do this

Started a new job this week! That's a challenge in itself because I have worked from home for the past 6 years or so, so going to an office everyday is a challenge itself. The good thing about this job is that the office is about 2.5 miles away from my home and I figured it takes the same time to walk to the office as to go by bus, so if the weather is not so bad I'll just walk and just did that 3 times this week! So, walked 5 miles three times this week, not a bad start! The bad things are two, mainly: 1) I have to prepare my lunch the night before (I'm planning on buying a bunch of tupperware and preparing all my lunches on Sundays, we'll see how it goes ); 2) I come home tired so I don't take the dog on "long" (2 miles) everyday like I did before, luckily my girlfriend takes the dog out for his walk now so he doesn't suffer but still, I miss them.
On top of my new job I'm keeping my old job. The extra income is nice and sincerily, usually there is not much work so I can finish it off real quick and still have the rest of the day free. This week has not been like that though, its a week of unusual activity so I had to work my *kitten* out every day on the old job (from home) and going to the office on my new job fulltime... so, its been a crazy week!
With that being said, I still managed to eat well, never exceeding my calorie limit AND continued to exercise. Today I'm finishing week 3 of the 100 pushups, 200 situps and 200 squats program and being doing quite well really and tomorrow I'm finishing week 3 of the C25K program, which again has been quite good with no struggles whatsoever yet.
I think this all this effort paid off since I lost a pound more than I expected this week!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Week was going on great but i got sick and i could exercise for three days. Today is Sunday and i'll try to get at least a little exercise done cause i'm afraid it will mess up my weight loss goals. I like that i'm becoming a workout freak! Struggles or successes of your week: We were all sick as dogs for 2-wks, so were bedridden & had no exercise whatsoever, which no doubt contributed to no weight loss. Although, I didn't have gain either, so I'm happy.
We're still ill, but with the slowing rising temps, my goal is to get some exercise this week, albeit mild... don't want to relapse, because we're still not over our bug. In any event, it's been a tough month health wise, but I'll just continue on the same path.

Struggles or successes of your week: I was afraid that the previous weeks I had only lost water weight so this week I was a bit apprehensive. But low and behold, steady does it and wins at losing My struggle this week was to convince myself to continue eating my "new normally" (no sugar and no bread) and beat off the monsters in my head that were whispering that I had over achieved my goal so I could indulge .... Aha ! Gotcha, I am stronger than my monsters and I have won this round.
Struggles for next week: Again, not listen to the pesky monsters in my head saying that I can indulge.

Success/struggle for the week: Not sure what when on with me start of this week. was craving pizza at one point. then because i had to phone in to work on wednesday as the little one was ill i had done 10 mile walk and came home bored and make few cupcakes. How crazy am i?
Apart from that i was a bit unwell yesterday along with my little girl. Feeling better today. Even going to try and work out later when she goes to bed. even if i manage half hour instead of the full hour.
Goal for next week is to stay on track. Keep cakes and sweets from site. up my water a little more and to see im out of the 170's0 -
