    I'm 5'2" GW 120. My original goal was 140, then I saw the results and felt healthy and moved goal to 130 CW... I may end up being one of "those" people who always have 10 more to lose. However, I would love a closet of only 2 sizes instead of the current 5 sizes I have now.

    I'm 5'4.5" my goal is around 155-160lbs. I started at 249.9lbs and am currently 188lbs. I'm built like a *kitten* brick house and have a high level of muscle mass. My nutritionist was even shocked the last time I went to see her. In the past I've always felt best at that weight and I usually wore between an 8/10 and a med/small tops. I'd just love to get ripped. As long as I can flex my guns and have abs I don't care what my weight is!

    I'm 5'2" and really wanting to hit 120, but not only that but tone up -- I have two beautiful children who have done some not so pretty things to my body if you catch my drift ;) without a gym membership and only a treadmill, I'm looking for some at home excersizes to help me reach my tone up goal :)

    I am 5'4" & 34 years old I am currently 156lbs and my goal weight is 120lbs. I started at 168lbs so I am getting closer to where I want to be. My recommendation is to start small so you do not become disappointed.

    I'm 4'10 and my goal is 105. I am currently 115lbs. I feel like it is so hard to lose even just 1lb because of being short. Need motivational friends out there! help!

    I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 128. My goal is about 115, but more important to me is getting to a healthier body fat percentage; I'm currently around 27% and would like to get it down like 22%.

    Weight goals should also take into consideration frame size: I have a pretty small, petite frame, so my heaviest feels a lot worse on me than it would on someone with a larger frame .
