Thanks Dew, you're totally right.I know what you're talking about. Now let's see: what's the purpose of this challenge? I'd say it's to prevent binging late at night and by this double the calories you've eaten throughout the day. If that's why you're in the challenge, give the point to you
. You had only one muffin and it was not out of boredom or cos you enjoy the movie better with a huge bowl of something in front of you.

Cant blame my LNS on the kids. Its typically when Im out late, enjoying time with family and friends. Family & Friends getting together= LNS & Over Calories for me
Also, when Im stressed or tired, I go to food. I must admit, Im an emotional eater. Im a work in progress, not going to give up! Thanks Ladies! :flowerforyou: 0 -
Hope you're getting in a lot of time with friends and family. I think things like that start to pick up again around the summertime. ate some pizza and went over my calorie limit. went back to that old pattern of "I've already blown it, so I might as well eat whatever..." went on to eat 6 cookies, small gelato, popcorn and some nuts, I think. Ended the day about 1000 over with a tummy ache:frown:
