Hello! I am just starting my journey to a better me again after having a baby! After pregnancy I started some bad eating habits so this is the motivation to help me get back on track!

Non-food Goals for this month: strive to be more active. Bought a new bike and anti-noggin knocker yesterday! Very excited to get rollin on the greenways!
Struggles or successes of your week: I gained weight?!!! That is supremely frustrating! When I dropped down to 189 MFP adjusted my base cals from 1200 to 1120. I increased my target back to 1200 and I don't eat my exercise cals same as before. My calculated TDEE is 1500. So if I'm gaining weight there's no chance in this world I will lose with the TDEE as a Target. Frustrated.

Struggles or successes of your week: those sweets cravings! and not "munching" at 10 pm at night when I have to feed baby.
As for successes, I have tracked my daily steps religiously and have increases my physical exercise by going for walks and doing step-ups as often as I can. Also, yesterday, I surpassed 10 000 steps which was a first! Pretty proud!

Struggles or challenges this week: Feeling hungry still after eating all my calories, which I've never had a problem with before. I'm on 1200 calories. So I have gone over a few times, but I log it. When eating so few calories, a couple extra won't make or break my loss. In fact, I still lost 4.8 lbs this week!!

This week had been good.. Last week I was back up to 236 at one point in the week so glad to see the scale moving back down again! Probably won't reach my goal for the month but I really don't care. I've decided to reevaluate my goal after each weigh in so I don't feel so overwhelmed tracking against an old unrealistic goal. My new goal for the month end is 228!0 -

Thank you! I am very proud of myself. And yes, I'm going to try. I bought a digital food scale as a reward for completing Insanity, so I'm hoping that will help as well. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, so if I complete it, I'll have completed 2 goals of mine so far this year!

I completed week 4 of the C25K program but I had to drop the 200 squats program because that along with the running of the c25k and the walking to and from work (5 miles) each day was putting a lot of stress on my legs and I feared I might end up injuring myself. I also completed week 4 of the 200 situps program and had to repeat week 3 of the 100 pushups program (pushups are a real pain!!).0 -
