I will do my best to get in all the stair flights by Friday 'cause I will be having knee surgery that day so no walking for me for a bit after that;) The F/V's will get my diet back on track this week too:D0 -

ok I am in but I have to work out how I am going to do the stairs. No stairs at home, work or the local shops. trying to think of where there are some0

Yay!! There is a HUGE (over 70 stairs...maybe about 100) flight of outdoor stairs on my daily walk that has been taunting me for ages. This TOTALLY motivates me to climb them. Awesome! And the fruits and veggies challenge is my all time fav! SO IN!0

I go up and down the stairs all day at home (bedrooms are upstairs and laundry is in the basement) but I just did 5 flights in a row for this challenge, I won't count all the others during the day!0 -
I'm in. I work on the 3rd floor and I walk up the stairs usually 3 times a day, sometimes 4. The challenge for me will definitely be the 5 servings of fruits/veggies.0

I'm new and this sounds like a good way to launch the week .. stairs at work (I work on the 2nd floor but only take the stairs to my office and from in the evening ) ...0

I'm in. Stairs are a grrrreat challenge! I work on the 6th floor, so will try to walk up at least once a day. I already go up/down between floors for meetings.
Still need to tally up my burn rate from last week. That was a good challenge, too!

forgive me, ladies, for being so slack with these challenges lately. The week of the dairy/20 mile challenge I said I as in, and I really focused on it, but was slack about checking in. But, I'm going to do this one for sure. So glad I have stairs in my house, but I'm pretty sure there aren't 30 steps between floors, so I will go by # of steps (1050) instead of flights. And I'm going to make this exercise in addition to my normal workouts, not substituting for it, as I'm really trying to push myself this week.
Good thing I stocked up on TONS of fruits and veggies at the grocery store yesterday!0 -
