Well done to those who show a loss! I did not do too well on the sodium challenge.:ohwell: I'm hoping to do better this week. Would you like to continue the sodium challenge? Or would you prefer a new one? If you'd like to stick with the sodium, the challenge was 6 days out of 7 at or below RDA. For a new challenge, that is a great pair to the first challenge, hydration. For 6 out of 7 days, drink 8 or more glasses of water. Lowering your sodium and increasing your water intake are two great ways to help with weight loss. They work really well together in this endeavor! I will check in with my weight tomorrow. Keep up the good work!

I did not meet the sodium challenge - it is amazing how much sodium is in foods!!! Hope to do better this week! =0)0 -
Good week for me - down 3.2 pounds - now if I can just not mess this up - since weigh in a few hours ago, I've eaten everything not nailed down and fixed myself a very nice Jack and soda.:drinker: On the bright side I danced on the wii for an hour.:ohwell:

Checking in for this week, been another hard week as I've been poorly for most of it so it's been hard to keep exercising.

I am a September birthday person as well and I would love to lose 20 lbs by my Birthday on September 12th. My weekly weight-in day is Friday and I am a day early joining so will list my stats and post again tomorrow.

I lost another pound this week to be at 198.0 ! I have lost 38 pounds since December the 28th and i feel so much better already !0

I know im a little late but im gonna join anyway need the motivation! So ill start with my weigh in today

Oh and the sodium challenge sounds good, thankfully i always manage to stay under though.

Ugh im really disappointed with myself! Cos I know exactly why i gained! Picking at all the wrong foods at work over the weekend..I knew i should'nt, but i went and did it anyway!!
