    In the end I did well in March but a holiday halfway through really scuppered my weightloss. I am away again next week and will make sure that, even if I don't have access to my gym and will be surrounded by tempting food, I will at least try not to gain. I have a party in May I want to lose half a stone by so reckon a 5lb loss by the end of April will get me on my way. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I'll be 38 tomorrow :) Started out @ 188 in January and just keep tracking calories - exercising everyday- and using my fit bit...hoping for 5 pound weight loss this month. Going back to my full time desk job 4/6 so definitely going to be a challenge.

    Successes/struggles this week: My thighs are killing me from squats with 10 lb. dumbbell yesterday...so trying to do any strength training this week is pretty much out of the question!! Ran the longest time on treadmill...SUCCESS!! Trying to quit drinking pop is my biggest STRUGGLE!! Ugh lol
