In the end I did well in March but a holiday halfway through really scuppered my weightloss. I am away again next week and will make sure that, even if I don't have access to my gym and will be surrounded by tempting food, I will at least try not to gain. I have a party in May I want to lose half a stone by so reckon a 5lb loss by the end of April will get me on my way.0 -
