Breakfast tacos!
Two corn tortillas with eggbeaters, 2 slices of low sodium bacon and salsa!

10g vanilla protein powder mixed into the yogurt.

Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich (no bun) from Wendy's, with fries and a diet coke. Needed protein because I'm just now eating and I worked out this morning, I wanted fries, and it's payday meaning it's a lunch date with my little girl!0

Just ate the sandwich I brought to work with me. Sara Lee Delightful Multi-grain bread with two tablespoons of creaming JIF PB and a drizzle of clover honey. Love me a PB and honey sammich. Was supposed to have carrots too but the carrots did weird things in my baggy that I put them in.0

I ate a plate full of cherry tomatoes and snap peas covered in tuna salad.
Why? I'm doing low-carb for a pinup contest at the end of the month and wanted to lose some belly fat before then.

Haha this will sound bad! I had a chocolate cupcake, not too big and i scraped the topping off but i was well under in my food diary today so i thought i'd have a treat. Do not regret a single bite!0
