I started trying working out first thing in the morning (as in, 30 minutes after waking), but I don't know if I can keep that up. I have a 10-month old at home, work full-time and am trying to clean up the house for Easter (we're hosting). This week will be a challenge, but I hope to keep it together!

I've been adding in strength exercises. Yesterday, I attempted a new type of squat to help my calves, and it temporarily (hopefully) backfired. About 5PM last night, my calf muscles and knees have locked up making it very very difficult to walk, and the walking I did do was very painful. I'm able to walk this morning with minor pain, but that was only after kneading the hell out of my calf muscles/back of knees in the middle of the night when I woke up in agonizing pain.0 -
