Successes/struggles this week: Last Wednesday was my birthday and I didn't really work out much or eat that great. Also, I have type 2 diabetes and my Doctors are adjusting my medications which is making my blood sugars and my hunger go nuts! Hopefully I can get on the right meds and start to refocus some before I fall completely off the wagon. I'm competitive so I think this group will help me do well!0 -
I'm in for some accountability! I tend to do my weighs on Saturdays, though.

Successess/struggles this week: After hitting a low of 188 about a year ago, I did a good job of maintaining with consistent logging, restraining from junk food of any sort, running, boot camp, and a lot of stress in my personal life. It seems as though I felt as long as I kept going to boot camp and kept up the running for the most part, I could splurge here and there but that got easier and easier and back issues made consistent boot camp and running harder and harder. I avoided weighing in for quite a while, full well knowing that I had put some weight back on so when I saw this group I thought that it was time to be honest with myself and go for it. So, here we go!!0 -

This is week 3 of going back to the gym with intention. I am feeling stronger and more confident and I am looking forward to the classes instead of dreading them. Instructors have remarked on it too Holiday weekend is coming up and I am hosting... love it, but I'm also stressing about putting together and executing the menu.

Successes/struggles this week: Have been really focused on losing weight since Christmas - 29lbs down so far! But the end of March was a bit of disaster: husband's job decided not to renew him (or anyone else) on contracts, we decided to make a move back to my hometown in England (we live in Nashville atm) and my in-laws decided to give us almighty grief about it (and still are). Haven't exercised in nearly a week (I usually do 6 days a week) and although I tried to stay (mostly) under calories, my diet was less than healthy! Some accountability to force me to re-focus might just be the thing for me right now!
Good luck everyone!0 -
I'm in! did the March one and lost 7.6lbs
Going for 6.8lbs off this month to make a nice round 245 - it's my weigh day Friday though so I'll change the dates to suit.

Successes/struggles this week: I'm starting (again), I've just returned from vacation, and I haven't regularly exercised since Thanksgiving ... I need a plan. Baby steps will get me there, so I'm going to concentrate on homemade breakfast (even if it is scrambled eggs and an english muffin every day) and just making better choices.

I just hope I can remember to keep up with this.

I am hoping that this will be the month I make it under 200 (if I do not I won't feel like I failed as every loss is a win to me) but if I do you will hear me screaming from wherever you are :-)
