Top (then): 26/28 (now) L/XL, Bottom (then): 24/26 (now) 14/16. I still have a ways to go but I'm happy I'm not where I was.0
-
I was previously an XL/1X in my tops, and I'm now a S/M (depends on the cut and whether it's made in junior's or women's). I was previously a size 18/20 bottom, and I'm now an 8/10.0

10&8 pants to 6's and large tops to medium and few smalls0
-
I couldn't buy any clothing in regular stores when I started. I'm generally a medium, size 8-10 or 28-30 in pants.0
-
12/14 pants, XL tops when I started, 4 pants and S tops now.0
-
My biggest size for pants was a 16 (which were, admittedly, loose), and now I'm in that weird inbetween where 12's are pretty baggy and loose but 10's are uncomfortably tight (but I can zip them!). Tops used to be large and now I can buy a medium!!!! I even have a dress in Medium!0
-
I was in a "I can't breathe it's so tight" 16, now in a comfortable 10. 45lbs lost on a 5'3" frame.0
-
Then: a tight 16 in bottoms, 12 in tops. Only 10 lbs down, but now a not-tight 16 in bottoms and looser 12 in tops. That's how I realized it was time to buckle down -- I didn't want to go up to an 18 or plus size, and I stepped on the scale and saw I had hit 200.0

I started out as tight size 18, more likely a 20, in pants.
Shirts x-large
Now:
Pants: size 0-4, depending on brands
Shirts x-small to mediums, depending on brands
Shoes:
8 1/2 to 7 1/20 -
Shirts: a tight 3XL and now wearing smalls
Pants: 48" waist and now 30-32"0 -
1x - 2x tops and 24 pants -- Now medium top and 8/10 pants!0
-
Before: Size 16, XL
Now: Size 6/8, Sm/Med0 -
26/28 then; 14/16 now. I'd like to be a 10/12, so miles to go.0

pant = (sw) 4 and 4 (now)
top = medium and medium (now)...
I think I see a strange trend here with me that I have made no progress....
Wait, no I have, I lost 9 pounds but gained muscle and my body totally shifted in places I thought gravity took over...0 -
pant-22/24 then and a 12/14 now
top-18/20 then and now a L or sometimes XL depending on brand.
I would LOVE to get into single digit pant sizes. Never seen those since I was a kid.0 -
I was an XL in tshirts and a 12/14 in jeans. I'm now comfy in a L (I can wear a M I just don't) and wear an 8/10 jeans. I'm also 5'10.0
-
I started in a 18/20 pants and 2XL/1XL tops. I have lost 65 lbs and have only moved down 1 size... 16/18 pants, and XL tops. Talk about frustrating!0
-
I started in 16's some 18's pants and XL - 1X tops, now 6-8 pants (one size 4!) and Med. tops

At 230lbs I was in way-too-tight 18 jeans and XXL t-shirts. Today at 175lbs I bought comfortable 12 and slightly-too-tight 10 jeans and M shirts and dresses.
Here's the thing about these sizes, though. The last time I was near my goal weight of 150lbs was 30 years ago (!!!). And then I was wearing 14s.
Vanity sizing is weird. The idea that I might actually get into a size 8 by the time I reach my goal is weird. I'll be out-of-control excited about it, but it is weird.0 -
At 240 pounds I wore 18/20 and 1X or larger for tops. Lost about 50 or so depending on the day / week. Currently wearing a comfortable 12 and some 10's in pants. For tops it is usually a large or medium depending on the style.0
