successes/struggles: I have started with a small group at church and lost 20 pounds since January. We weigh once a month, but I am finding myself "playing around" with foods I know I shouldn't be eating, so more accountability would be good for me. Exercise is a challenge--I use a stationary bike, but have real issues with severe arthritis and low back pain, so the dr has me in time out for the next week.0 -

I think I am finally getting into a fitness routine. I have walked 90 mins 3x this week. I'm currently on night shift and am itching to get home for a walk before bed. The struggle for me is to stop drinking so much weekly...I have the worst friends lol.0
