I have been feeling a bit down lately about my weight loss...things have really slowed down and I still really struggle with seeing the difference when I look in the mirror. Looking at photos, however, really helps me to appreciate how far I have come. I started in May of 2013 at around 250lb (5'8") I am now at 178.

The first is 2008 at ~220lbs and the second is a few weeks ago at 114. I've since hit and then over shot my goal weight. The first three and half years was me struggling in the dark, and only in the last few months have I found MFP, discovered I love running short and distance, and not to be intimidated by the strength training side of the gym.
I'm also jealous of those of you that were able to keep your boobs. Mine flew the coop fairly quickly. lol.0 -

This is from the very beginning going back to 2007...yes been at it that long with gaps of stalling inbetween mostly last year when my father was very ill....this year so far I've lost 10kg and working on finishing it up on MFP
