don't know how to add pictures!
@Ekatrina I believe you have to do it from the website. When you go to post, there are little drop down tabs at the top of the box. There's the smiley, the link tab, and a file tab. Click the file and it will give you an option to choose a picture file.

I so wish I had taken before photos! I don't have any full-body pictures from when I was heavier. I'm 5'4, 28 years old and went from 165 pounds to 128 pounds in a little over 8 months. Would like to lower my body fat % a bit more but overall I'm thrilled with how I look!
You look amazing!!!
You were the size I am now and you are the exact goal weight I want to be! What did you do to get where you are today?1 -
All of you look great!! I'm on week 2 of my weight loss journey and will post before and afters when I finish the July 4 20 lb. challenge. I am 5'5" and weigh 170. Can't wait to see results like all of you!!0

I was 245/250, at 17. Now 25 (almost), been maintaining relatively the same weight for 6 years. (Even through a third degree hip flexor injury, BRUTAL!) It took about 2 years to settle into a maintenance amount, and to stop obsessing over every little fluctuation.0
