    Successes/struggles this week: Well, that's a step in the wrong direction.
    I'm attributing the gain to water weight. I was pretty good at staying near my calorie goal (1400/day), however, I only worked out on Wednesday, Staurday & yesterday and I ate out all weekend. That, plus a very delicious Easter dinner last night at a friend's house is probably the culprit.

    We were invited to a brunch on Sunday - In my bin of 'shrink-into clothes,' I found several possible outfits to wear!
    Struggles - Too much salt at that brunch; I am definitely feeling that.

    Finally made a commitment to myself to walk at least 60mins everyday. I can't guarantee I'll always have a brisk pace everyday, but I know now I need to do SOMETHING active daily!!!
