I agree with OJ. (Not sure I can believe I just said that. JK, OJ, you know I love you.)0 -

^Hm...man card seems pretty intact to me.
No, it doesn't.0 -
The only thing I don't like on men are capris...or what me and my girlfriend refer to as Manpris. Awful look. Just awful.0

Man, I see a lot of "Whenever they want" or "nevers". Aren't there different circumstances that influence? I mean, you don't possibly think it's the same to wear a tank top to a nice dinner versus a water park?

Agreed0 -
I'm all good with "situationally appropriate tank tops." My husband makes them seem like a good idea all the time, but sometimes it's probably best that he wears a button down shirt with a tie over them...0

Tank top crew checking in.0

<<<I like sleeveless cycling jerseys, but I actually haven't worn a tank top since I was a kid...I've never really thought about it actually...not sure I could pull it off.0

Depends!..Not the super tight hero looking one's! or the ones that come down the sides too much!.. Just a regular normal tank can look hot for sure, but not a fan of that meat head looking guys with the tight ones! lol0

I guess we need to start posting pictures so people can say if we are pulling them off or not?0

Yes please!0

I prefer sleeveless as well, or tri jerseys. I only recently brought tank tops back in to the wardrobe. They are just so freeing. lol. You gotta give it a whirl0 -

Tank, no. Sleeveless, yes. When it's hot out, nigh essential0

My husband wears tank tops around the house or while doing yard work. It's just the most functional, especially since we hate turning on the a/c. If he wanted to walk around naked, I'd be fine with that too.
He tried to wear one out to dinner once, and I asked him to at least put a t-shirt on. I just don't like seeing armpit hair when I'm at a restaurant.0 -
Not cool if you can see the nips0

Are they still called that, or are you showing your age?0 -
One time I went into a Baskin Robbins....the guy scooping the ice cream was in a tank top - there has to be some sort of dress code there, right?? I mean arm pit hair nets or something?
It grossed me out - I just turned around and left, Ice cream-less.
Pointless story...I'll see myself out.0 -
Not cool if you can see the tank top, nevermind the nips0

They go well with a nice Mullet. Or a rats tail. Sweeeeeeet0

I'll take a manpri with a side of murse please.0 -

Wow, I never knew this was a topic of conversation. This fat guy wears (not wheres) a loose-fitting tank in the summer because it gets freakin' hot in the desert. I never considered it to be a fashion statement.0

I think there is a difference between tank tops and "wife beaters." Typically what you consider a "wife beater" tank is sold in the underwear department so the people wearing them are pretty much just walking around in their undies and showing their lack of judgement.
