Looking at some of these pics my 1.5 stones that I need to loose is so insignificant. These before and after pictures are FABULOUS and I really need to get my butt in gear! Thank you for posting0 -

Wow, every single one of you is a complete badass!!! So incredibly inspiring.
I now regret being too ashamed of my body to take good "before" photos, but I'll try to see what I can dig up tomorrow.0 -

30lbs in 3 months. 3 years ago I kinda let myself go. Always had the excuse I was to busy to work out like I use to and worked 60hrs + a week. So this was taken 2 years ago when I started it all back up. When the before picture was taken I was 215lbs. The after picture is 3 months later and I was at 185lbs. In just 3 month I made that much of a difference. You can do it if you just focuse on your goals. Also bodybuilding.com plans helped a lot. Learned about macros and the advantages of HIT ( high intensity training). Check out the site and some of their plans they have. Pretty awesome.

The one that says 2013/2014/2015 is taken every six months. The first taken December 2013 when I began. The middle is June 2014 and on the right is January of 2015. I'm a little over half way to my first goal. I've never been thin as an adult so I don't really know where I'm going to stop, but for now I have lost 63 pounds and 35 inches and have 54 pounds to go. I will reevaluate my weightloss at that point.

Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds
Not sure?!! Wow!!! This is incredible!!!! Goal weights are NOT everything - you look amazing NOW! Enjoying the victories along the way is the best way to keep pushing and you have an incredible victory to celebrate!! Good work!0
