Got my 55 in two nights ago which was rest day and I did 60 last night. We got 65 today woohoo let's go0

lost it a bit as didn't manage to do any in the campervan, but had got to 45 before went, and did 60 yesterday, and 70 today at the gym. Sure I will feel it tomorrow!0

Interesting idea. Do you suggest crunching while the legs are raised or doing the raises than crunching.
Oh, and I dunno about anyone else, but I'm not planning these in one go. Maybe sets of 20 reps each. I'm doing it mainly to see if I can!
I'd do one then the other. lower then upper. reason being that you work the area that is being worked by crunches while doing the leg raises.
more efficient because the number of reps you need to do before you approach your limit is much less.0 -

Yeah thanks, I'm not sure who else may be still going but I made it this far so I figure I might as well keep going to see if I can finish. I notice my low back pain is actually gone now so added bonus. BTW I got my 85 last night.0

Me too -! Tho can really feel it now, especially while running today. Will try and stick with it, even if it's just you and me!

Got my 10k steps in last night and hit the century mark with the crunches and leglifts, pretty productive day me thinks. I did the crunches and leglifts in 2 sets of 50 also. was getting difficult towards the end of the second set, but I focused and made sure I had my form correct and "gutted" it out.0

Got my 105 last night, 50 first set, 25 second and 30 last, after the first 50 was getting tired, switched from leg lifts last night to reverse crunches for the 105, less strain on my Adductor muscles in the thigh. Will probably switch between the two from here on out as the reverse crunches targeted ly lower abs better I think.0

Yeah take a break if you are sick, no sense in risking injury to add to the illness, I will keep posting and looking for your posts too, keep going it is getting fun (i.e. interesting) LOL0

Got my 115 last night and am happy for the day off today but ready to finish this out. Will get the 30 days and I think then work on getting them done on one set0
