I am new to this post and a 1st time poster! I have bookmarked this page because it has given me so much hope! I only have my profile pic and it is kinda blurry, but I am fixing to be 45 the end of this month and I am tired of losing and gaining. It is a neverending cycle! But in the last month, I have lost 19lbs and 30 inches!! Everyone looks great! Keep up the hard work!!

Ok so I'm actually just shy of 5'3" but I figure I'm still short.
The first pic is me in December at around 165 and the second is me today at 148. Trying to decide on a goal weight. The 140s seem high for someone this short, but I feel like I look ok. I figure I'll just keep at my modest calorie deficit until I'm where I want to be, or until it's no longer sustainable.

CW:185 10/12 jean size
GW: 130 and then I'll reevaluate from there and probably go for 110 or so.

I'm 5'2" but have a lot further to go. I started at 250 and am currently at 228. I would love to get down around 130. I need to be healthy and have never been so serious about it as I am this time. I finally don't feel like I'm dieting, I'm just living.... In a much healthier manner! Wishing all my fellow shorties out their the best on their journey!!

Yes!! I'm at around 162 (started at 190) and your height and these pictures are so incredibly motivating!! Good job!! Can't wait to lose another ten pounds - the difference on you is a huge one!! You look really good and healthy.0 -

I'm 5'2.5", currently I'm about 159. I've lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks so I guess my fitness pal is working perfectly! I've also lost 3 inches around my waist. I'm hoping to get down to 130 by September so I'm going to focus on eating out less on weekends. I eat really well during the week.0 -

I'm 5'2" and my highest ever was 200 lbs - i had gained 40 lbs with my pregnancy. In the wedding pics, I was about 178lbs...and I was horrified after I saw these pics, I cried!
I started running and got down to 150lbs:
And November 2014 I reached 140lbs, my goal at the time
(sorry about the terrible pics, I didn't take them expecting to show anyone)
I gained like 20lbs back over the winter....idk what the heck i was thinking, but I've lost 6 of those lbs already. RIght now I'm 154..My goal weight is 125 by the end of summer, and to not make the same mistake next winter!

I am 5'2 I was up to 260 lbs and I was miserable, I am currently 135 and would like to get down to 125.
