1753. I try to keep between 1600-1800 and I don't eat back my exercise calories.

I lift heavy s**t 4 times a week and am currently training for my second half marathon so I'm doing two short runs and one long run per week. In June I'm focusing on strength training for the most part. I've also just started training on a bike since I have a duathlon series (3 races) this summer.

I've been on MFP since 2012 so it's been a lot of adjusting and testing calorie limits. I've lost close to 50lbs over the last year (including a really long 6 month period where I didn't really care too much and maintained/gained 7lbs), 13lbs since Jan 1, just broke a month-long plateau a few weeks ago and have lost about 2lbs/week after that.

    I'm 5'9"... SW 251 CW 204.4 GW 168.

5'6", 129 pounds, lost 7 pounds so far from Feb 9th.
Regular exercise: I lift 3x/week and do around 1-2 hours of cardio per week in total. (Walking/biking/running on treadmill/crosstrainer)

Currently averaging at around 1300-1400 (without eating back my regular exercise calories, trying to find my TDEE), right now I seem to be losing around 1 pound/0,5 kg per week, but some weeks will be slower if I make my weekly cheat meal into a cheat day.. Oops. Working on that though.

I won't completely trust this last week, but if my weight loss continues at this pace it would put my maintenance at around 1950 calories. (I averaged 1397 calories over 7 days and lost 0,5kg, which is a ~550 calorie deficit per day. Again, I won't trust these numbers until I log properly and analyze my losses over a few more weeks!)

If I can continue to not binge on the weekends which I've been doing pretty good with lately, I'll try and up my calories soon to 1400-1500 and see what happens.

Between 1300-1400 if I exercise, closer to 1200 if I don't. Sometimes I stay under 1200. I've been maintaining, but I'm older (56) and very petite at 5'1.5". Post-menopausal women just don't have the "burn" that younger gals do.

I'm envious. I walk an hour a day, do heavy cardio such as zumba or kickboxing twice a week, and then yoga or pilates once or twice a week. I was strength training, but off that due to physical therapy for bad shoulder, which ends at the end of the month. Even with that exercise, my calculated burn is seldom more than 300-400 calories a day.

I can get anywhere from 1500 ( completely sedentary) to 2300 ( on my long run days)

    It just depends.

1500. this is my magic number where i dont feel like im on a diet. allows me acouple snacks a day. i tried 1200 and just couldnt stick to it. rather lose a bit slower and stick to it than lose fast for a month and then binge cus im starving lol!
    Same here.
1500...sometimes 1600 if i've exercised more that day.
I no longer log exercise cals either.

132 lbs here, 5'4 and on 1300 a day plus half exercise cals and the odd treat day. I lose about 0.5 a week and do various classes 7 times a week (in an ideal world anyway)

    I run for around 70 -90 mins 6 days a week/ strength train x 30 mins/2 days a week and walk A LOT ..my TDEE is high as I'm active. I average 20k steps/10 miles a day.

A fairly good rough estimate for me would be between 1400-1600 depending on my workouts for the day, if it's a lightly active day, or in the case of last week,if I'm sick or not. I'm usually pretty active most days so it's probably close to 1500-1600 cals each day.

1500-1800 depending on exercise and hunger (1500 with no exercise, but I only eat back some exercise calories if I'm actually hungry for them). I'm 5'9", currently 234 pounds, 30 years old, not hugely active.
