    Wow, thanks so much for sharing these very inspiring pictures. And thanks also for sharing your story. It's good to hear about someone who's made it all the way to their goal by starting off slowly. I've been working toward my goal for over a year and a half now, and think it will probably take me about another year to get there.

    Congratulations! I'm struck by your comment about changing your life. There's an ad on my MFP page for gastric banding, and one of the promises is: "No dramatic lifestyle change!" What you've accomplished says that, yes, a dramatic lifestyle change is exactly what's needed. Your story is a great way to inspire change, instead of making it seem daunting and like something to avoid. Thank you.

    Heck. Yeah! Here's to saying yes to yourself and to believing you had the power to change your life. So many people are in a rush. Show me a 227 pound woman (and I was one of them) who wouldn't kill to weigh less than 130 pounds two years from now. You show that it WILL get done, if we get off our butts and make it happen.
