    The flights of stairs I climb everyday have only 16 and 18 stairs apiece. I'm more concerned with the # of stairs than the # of flights. My Total Flights should be more than 35, but I didn't want to do the math. :tongue:

    Loving this week's challenge - the flights of stairs are forcing me to get off my butt to go down/up stairs all day long to get more water:) I usually say 'I don't have enough time to walk all the way through the building to get the good water';)

    Phew, I just finished my steps and holy cow - 5 minutes of jogging up and down stairs is KILLER. Love this challenge!
    I'm changing the way I count the challenge to stairs as opposed to flights b/c I'm using the stairs in my house which is 14.

    TUES – # of Stairs: 140 (10 flights at home ~ F/V: too many to count! probably 10, mostly veggies kind of day

    TeamLeela~The challenge is to walk up the stairs. So going down them doesnt count. It doesnt matter what you're doing, as long as you're walking upstairs, it counts. So, keep doing that laundry girl :smile:

    Good morning!

    Had a great self-induced workout today (yay!): 2.6 miles on the treadmill, averaging 5.0 pace (whee!). I also managed to get in one climb of the stairs here at work from ground floor to 6, where I work. There are 20 steps per flight here at work. Phew!

    I'm actually going to be gone on a road trip for the next 4 days, so this will be my last day of the challenge this week. But it's actually a good thing since I busted my ankle on the stairs. I tend to pivot... It sucks. Dang ankle.

    @shawnalee: Why? (and I'd rather not with that cute puppy in your arms... ;-)

    Hope everyone's having a good morning. Back from another challenging workout with my trainer, and have re-adjusted my nutrition goals to focus on protein, as I'm not getting enough in to help my body build the muscle we want! (It's hard to eat more protein, I think...)

    Anyway, the update:

    Hi everyone!!!! :flowerforyou:

    It looks like everyone is doing really well with this challenge!!! I absolutely LOVE this challenge!!! :love: It got my butt back into the gym so that I could utilize the stairmaster. I also started doing strength training this week. My muscles are sore but, it feels good!! :wink: I went for a much needed hour massage today after the gym. It was amazing!!!:bigsmile: Than I went for my 30 min. walk tonight.

    Total # of Stairs: 1120/1050 (did it! :happy: Now to see if I can double it...) Not counting the times I go up and down the stairs over the course of the day, just counting concentrated running up and down. I like this so much, I might keep it in my backpocket as a quick calorie burn trick
