Good morning!
Had a great self-induced workout today (yay!): 2.6 miles on the treadmill, averaging 5.0 pace (whee!). I also managed to get in one climb of the stairs here at work from ground floor to 6, where I work. There are 20 steps per flight here at work. Phew!

I'm actually going to be gone on a road trip for the next 4 days, so this will be my last day of the challenge this week. But it's actually a good thing since I busted my ankle on the stairs. I tend to pivot... It sucks. Dang ankle.

Hope everyone's having a good morning. Back from another challenging workout with my trainer, and have re-adjusted my nutrition goals to focus on protein, as I'm not getting enough in to help my body build the muscle we want! (It's hard to eat more protein, I think...)

TeamLeela-If your knees are bothering, maybe you shouldn’t do the stairs. Just focus on the F/V’s.
Shawnalee-Now, why would we do that? I’m sure you’re busy with the new puppy. Even though you haven’t been able to do the challenges, I know your getting your normal workout in. Enjoy the pup!

It looks like everyone is doing really well with this challenge!!! I absolutely LOVE this challenge!!! It got my butt back into the gym so that I could utilize the stairmaster. I also started doing strength training this week. My muscles are sore but, it feels good!! I went for a much needed hour massage today after the gym. It was amazing!!!:bigsmile: Than I went for my 30 min. walk tonight.
