I started logging my food and actively trying to lose weight three weeks ago. Four days ago, I weighed-in at 138 and was really stoked! This was a total loss of 5lbs.
I've been really good with my eating plan, plus running 3 or 4 times a week (between 30 and 120 minutes each). I added in two Crossfit sessions this week and bam! back up by 3lbs! I haven't done any strength training in a number of years, so I'm hoping this is just an initial reaction. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?0 -

Going to sushi tonight, so tried my best to be good today with my food intake and achieved my step goal before work was over. Now to see how creative I can get with the sushi menu to eat the most in volume with the least calories. noms to be had!
