    Successes/struggles this week: Obviously my struggle is the steady gain throughout this month. Obviously eating too much and not exercising enough....let's see if we can get this 10lb off so I'm at least in the 120's...

    I started logging my food and actively trying to lose weight three weeks ago. Four days ago, I weighed-in at 138 and was really stoked! This was a total loss of 5lbs.

    I've been really good with my eating plan, plus running 3 or 4 times a week (between 30 and 120 minutes each). I added in two Crossfit sessions this week and bam! back up by 3lbs! I haven't done any strength training in a number of years, so I'm hoping this is just an initial reaction. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

    After first week of staying the same I lost 1kg this week. Off to Italy on May 30 so hoping to get to my lowest weight of 59.5kgs by then.

    Successes/struggles this week: Hit 15,000 steps for the first time on my FitBit! Then the button broke. *sigh* At least it's still syncing with my S5 app.

    Going to sushi tonight, so tried my best to be good today with my food intake and achieved my step goal before work was over. Now to see how creative I can get with the sushi menu to eat the most in volume with the least calories. noms to be had!
