Being new to myfitnesspal it but has been a challenge to stay in top of my meals but it is helping me a lot. I am down for this challenge. Well, last night i dont know if i should call it a late dinner or a lns. I ate around 530pm and then had a snack or late dinner around 930pm. Anyways i am down for this challenge. Can someone please tell me what time is considered a late snack?0

Can someone help out a beginner and tell me how to track this message board and find my posts? I have posted a couple of times but when I do a search on my user name it doesn't find anything. Is there somewhere you can go to look at all of your posts for that day, or something like that?0

The rules I have set for myself is LNS is eating junky, sugar filled processed food after 6 pm. If I have extra calories after 6 I am only allowed carrots 1 cup or skim milk chi tea or 1 small portion of fruit. Anything else counts as a big old LNS.0 -

I'm new and just read this topic today. The rule I set for myself is no food after 9pm. I have dinner around 7:30pm or 8pm and I can't stop myself having some snacks before bed.

Do you use the app or your computer? For the android app (what I use):
- to bookmark a thread, click the little star at the top right corner of the thread (turns yellow)
- to find it, click on the star icon at the top and it will show your bookmarked threads
- to find your posts, go to search icon and enter your username under author
