Hahahaha!!! YAY I have a twin!! :laugh:0 -
I made my own pizza tonight too:
Fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, kalamata olives, pepperoni, red onion, and pesto. It was 800 calories though-- today was a hiking day.0 -

One more as an early wedding present
Now my stomach is growling0 -
I have issues with gluten, soy, yeast, ect.... so (don't look at me like I'm nuts!!) I slice eggplants, top like a normal pizza (sauce and all), then bake. Super yummy!! It doesn't have the crunch of pizza, but it hits the spot for sure.
While I don't have the same issues as you do, when I want a lower carb "lasagna", I replace the lasagna noodles with broiled eggplant slices. Delish!

Looks really yummy though0 -
I eat pizza about once a week, because I don't always care for the other options at the cafeteria at work.0

A quick pizza idea-English muffin, small amount of sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. Toast muffin, add sauce and cheese and pop it in the broiler so cheese melts.0

Bonus calzone
Damn! Look at you. I'm coming over with some wine!0 -
You might think this sounds odd, but it's the nicest pizza I've had in my nearly-50 years:
Satay sauce, roast chicken strips, chargrilled de-skinned red capsicum slices, and mango slices.
Try it!0 -
What kind of goat cheese is that? I'm really only familiar with feta, and that is obviously not feta(?) I'm planning on making my own pizza for the first time this week0

It kind of looks like feta-- it's soft crumbles. You get it next to the feta in the supermarket. Mine is Capricorn brand but only because that's what they had.0 -
So what's the difference in calories between your homemade pizza a similar quantity of a Pizza Hut etc pizza
