    I just deleted all my friends few days ago but I think it was the biggest mistake ever. Facebook is always quiet but I did have friends that commented on my MFP. I loved that.. Ugh.. :( If you are looking to help each other please friend me. but please please have a picture of yourself, and diary open so I can get examples on what to eat! I would love more friends. If you were my friend you can re add me as well!
