Oh this one is super easy.
Weighted Hip Thrust for the Win. Always with the Thrusting...always with the Winning!!

I built a customized Glute Workout for my wife based on the two videos above and OMG!!! Like my entire world is better now...in just 3 months...seriously...the hip thrust thing...with the weights...that's where it's at!
