Clearly she already had a good muscle base. Since you do as well, you'll probably have good results. I'm not sure how it would carry over to somebody with less development already.0 -

I call them donkey kicks but idk if that's even remotely correct. Just start on hands and knees, and swing your leg back and up like you're trying to push your heel into the ceiling, while keeping the leg at 90 degree angle.0

Hip thrusts activate the glutes more. But glute bridges are still good. The only difference in how they look is one is on the floor and one isn't. If you are too self conscious to do one I'd think you'd be too self conscious for the other.0
