Hot bike rides to/from baseball today. Falling a bit behind on my mileage as I don't want to push my city commuter too hard until I get a full tune-up, but should get in more biking once I return to the south.

Hey All,
I do a lunch ride from work and last Friday there was a new baby goat "BAH"ing at me as I drove by. I told my kids and my daughter asked me I said, "What'dYouSay?" back to the goat. There was a commercial before a movie where there was a scape goat and the goat bahs and a person on the production line throws down their gloves and says the "What'dYouSay?" line.
The goat was cute, bounding next to me along the fence, "Bah", "Bah", "Bah".
The roses were in bloom as well. Roses and goats at the top of the rise.
Just keep pedaling.0 -
I am not a not a monster cyclist like many of you here. I just took my bike off the wall on May 6 and my riding is pretty rusty. I will shoot for 250 km this month. So far I've ridden 60.0

10 miles via an expresso bike at the gym (230 watts in zone 2 - yay!) and a quick ride to the bike shop to drop off my city commuter for a much needed tune up. Returning to the hot south tonight (doing the snowbird thing), and will get in a few long flat rides the next few days to try to get back on track for the month.

Update from yesterday:
Added 20 km of varied terrain with 10+ load on my rear rack. Lots of exploring new places, ended up updating Google Maps because of unmarked trails.
Decided to drive to work today because my legs need some recovery after that afternoon ride.0 -
