I was using 35 lb plate around February. The right training and a good diet leads to the Gains...give it time...stay consistent...and eat the food.

I was using 55lbs for 8 but rotated it out for decline bench. Weight does go up fast.

I've come a long way in the last 3 years. My original goals were to just lose some weight, then to get ripped, but now...I'm chasing the physique!! So what motivates you to get gains? Post your GAINS Progress videos and PR's here. Summer is coming...

Started getting back to Deadlifts. Almost pulled 405 tonight. Need to work on my grip!! Was feeling pretty pumped though. Working on my Zyzz pose for the summer. Fuark!!!

Looking lean MityMax! I've put on 10 lbs since last summer. Trying to recomp at curent weight but it is slow going...may go deficit calories in June if I get imptient. Keep us posted.

Re-comp is slow as hell, that is more like a year long process usually.
But you have the mass and size....what I wish I had.

Loving the gains I am seeing in here. I have about 3 pounds left to lose for my cut and then maintain until August. After that, I will be bulking again. Need to put some major mass on.0
