While I didn't eat after my cutoff time, I ate a terrible dinner just before the cutoff time, so I consider it a fail.0 -

If it's right before bed and I'm very hungry, I suck on a sugar-free hard candy. Also, 0 cal flavored water helps sometimes.0 -

Try having dinner later. I sometimes make a cup of non decaffeinated tea. I'm trying to get used to herbal teas.0 -

I didn't login yesterday so I missed my streak that I had going. I also didn't log today either. My partner and I adopted/rescued a racing greyhound. Her name is Emily and she's about 2 1/2 years old. Although she has been in a foster situation, she'll still learning about living in a home instead of a kennel. Tonight she ate over 1/2 a rack of spare ribs that I stupidly left on the counter. I'll be surprised if she doesn't throw up tonight. The routine in the household has changed with the addition to our family so I need to make time to log my food and exercise in. In the meantime, I haven't done so well lately with LNS. But I keep trying. It's stressful having a new dog, especially one that is so young and unsure of her environment. But we'll all adjust and I can go back to losing some weight again.
So many of you are doing well this month. Kudos to you all!
Peace,
Jeff0 -

Today is a new day. Weekends are hard for me. You'll get there, and enjoy your new puppy!
