    :noway: Late yet again and with a GAIN!!! May 15th was 157.6 I think...today I'm down a pound but still using the weight for Sunday...a tad too much celebrating huh???? See y'all next week!!:tongue:

    I just wanted to add that I started eating BACK all of my exercise calories 2 weeks ago - which seems to be getting me the results.

    Plus, this week I started a Turbo Jam / ChaLean Extreme Hybrid exercise schedule (which I created it myself....) - so, it looks like lifting heavy weights has helped this week as well...

    I am not sure y scales are working properly, they seem to have me all over the place :S, but they are the scales i have been using since the start of the month so i will continue to use them till the end (also i dont have money till next week to buy new ones - lol)

    My goal weight 151lbs (total lose needed 12lbs)

    May 1st: 163 lbs
    May 8th: 161.8 lbs
    May 15th: 161.0 lbs
    May 22th: 158.7 lbs
    May 29th:
    June 1st

    i dont think i will meet my target but i am hoping to see 10.13 before my dress fitting on the 7th june ( 2 weeks away)
