    Going away on a UK tour this evening, so had to do my weigh in today. Don't really know what happened this week, but it might be the added swimming and cycling exercises. Will try to find a scale in the UK next saturday or sunday :)

    SW - 128.5 kg (283 lbs)
    Week 1 - 127 kg (280 lbs)
    Week 2 - 126.5 kg (279 lbs)
    Week 3 - 123.5 kg (272 lbs)
    Week 4 - xxx lbs
    Total lost - 5 kg (11 lbs)

    Checking in for week 3. Had 2 children's birthday parties this week. Lots of junk food. And some beer. For me, not the kids. Lost 2lbs. Not bad but will make it very difficult to hit 10 by month's end. By the way, I finally got to see the chart for all competing. Congrats to all. Please change my profile from W to M.

    OMG i started my new job two weeks ago and I completely got distracted from my working out and this site.
    I'm hoping to get back into for the rest of the summer - perhaps i can participate in a challenge next month!

    Was hoping to be in the 140's today for the weigh in! :( Going on holiday next week for a few days so thats not going to help me out in the slightest!
    I suppose any weight loss is a good loss :)
