Here are pictures of my fur babies. I am WAY behind on this, but I wanted to join in on the sharing party.

This is Owen. I fear he's not to return. It's been over 3 weeks now and haven't seen him. That makes me sad because he was my baby boy.

    6enh80drb2ti.jpg

This is Lucy and Otis. Lucy is the big (for her breed, she's actually on the small side) Staffy, and Otis is the little one in the background.

    qtlw994hg1gz.jpg

Awww, they're all so cute but I love big dogs so can I have Lucy?

ETA: I love their names and I'm really sorry about Owen

You'd have to fight (physically more than likely) my husband for her. That's his baby and he was heartbroken when she ran away a few years ago. That's a long story and she didn't run away on purpose. Anyway, NO, you can't have Lucy. Although, you're more than welcome to come and visit her.

Edited because sometimes reading and typing is hard.

I am so sorry about Owen :(

Good grief, check in on Sunday and there's 247 new posts! And I did read them all.

Confession: After my midweek rant/meltdown, I cut out all sweets, complex carbs after 2pm, and ate nothing after 7:30 pm.

Weighed in this morning down 4 lbs (173.)

Won't hate you, just print out your bicep and throw darts at it...

they can wear whatever they want just like any other girl or women

I looked forward to turning 30, and life has been awesome since I did. Far more self confidence and life fell into place with love, and work/life balance

I confess the yoga pants thing has reached critical mass. I always like a nice butt, but yoga pants are not everyday pants. Sorry. They are not. Did I just type "butt but"?

There were a lot of those around the high school, too. Or leggings, whatever.

    What, wut, butt, but?

I wear yoga pants all the time...and I think those and leggings are fine for young girls, but those parents of the girls you saw need to get their head out of their butts and see what their daughters are wearing....My daughter is 19 and I never let her dress like that....she has a very large chest so she knew that there was to be no cleavage and shorts or dressed had to go at least mid thigh.....she still dresses like this...even though she fought me a bit on it when she was younger, now she is comfortable dressed like a normal person.....

Thinking about this last night, it occurred to me that I have NO idea how hookers dress these days as I haven't laid eyes on a real life one in years. And this is probably a good thing, lol.

The last one I saw was wearing a rather cute little short floral dress with a flippy skirt. It looked rather demure until a breeze blew and it quickly became evident that she was wearing no underwear.

Glad to hear your little guy (does he have a name?) is still hanging on, but sad that he won't eat and you have to worry about him all day.

I recently discovered diet Mt. Dew and I'm in love! I've never even tried the regular stuff.

And ouch. That injury looks painful.

I also like Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi & Diet Sierra Mist.

Was it the "absolutely" the "no" or the "judgment" that tripped you up?

Amen. And I agree about clothes, heck some things that 10yo girls wear make me shake my head sometimes.

Me too. And I seriously question their parents judgement.

Sometimes I wonder if their parents know how they're dressing. I've heard of kids wearing one outfit leaving home and changing at school.

I would do that in high school. Change in the back of the bus. But I don't remember it being that extreme. I had a catsuit that I would wear under ripped jeans (oh, the 90's!). My mom hated that catsuit. LOL

As well she should have. Really, a catsuit?! I think we all need to see pictures.

Confession: I still have my catsuit from way back then.

I hardly wore it because I hated having to completely strip down to pee.

This was terrible at the bar, after ten drinks and wearing 7 inch heels......good thing I was never really one to use public bathrooms....like I said before in the thread, I would go out and drink all night and not pee for like 6 hours or more....if I did, perhaps I would have skipped the catsuit too, but I loved mine, lol.

Once every week or two I buy a dozen chocolate donuts, get to the office early & leave them in the break room anonymously, and get grim satisfaction out of watching the same people who say to me "I need to eat like you" chow down.

I'm laughing so hard at this while I'm thinking that I shouldn't be.....but I can't help it! Evil genius!!

@xMrBunglex I remember this confession. I remember that I REALLY wanted donuts after reading it too.

Still, even after 700+ pages, my favorite confession was one that a lady was worried that it wouldn't be too long before her husband used her excess tummy flab for a blanket. I still laugh every time I think about that.

How did I miss that? I don't remember that post.

I don't either....maybe it was all in the head of @MoHousdon

Confession.... I usually don't do well on desserts (read: I eat it near continuously until it's gone). But today I made a crustless peanut butter cheesecake using light cream cheese, peanut butter & light cool whip. The entire thing which is pretty small but fairly dense adds up to just under 1,500 calories. I'm pretty sure it will all be gone before my daughter comes home and it looks like I am taking an extra bike ride today.

I need some of that! Yum!

Last I saw was a male in leopard print leggings and tight lime green tank top with platform wedge shoes and dangling earrings. I love your use of the word demure. This fella was not demure.

From what I understand, a high end "escort" can be dressed quite classy and beautiful. I suspect someone I was knew of and met a few times many years may have been involved in something along that line with the wealthy internationally. She was very beautiful and dressed very nicely.

Perhaps (and I have no actual knowledge on this topic so I am guessing) prostitutes can dress in as many different styles as non prostitutes. Perhaps other adjectives might be more accurate.

I grew up in a place where wearing a sweatshirt and shorts was a very typical way to dress during days that didn't get too hot. I moved to Los Angeles. I went for a run wearing a long sleeve fleece sweatshirt and running shorts. I had running shoes and a ponytail. I had a good workout but I had excessive catcalls, cars trying to pull up next to me, and twice while waiting for a light was propositioned. When I arrived back at my building my neighbor saw me and explained to me that what I was wearing was a sign of a prositute. I was amazed. I was not wearing anything revealing and was wearing "normal" running wear in my experience.

So "hooker wear" may vary greatly by region.

Pringles actually has a 100 calorie snack size and I use those occasionally as my snack. I'm a diabetic so I have to count carbs too on top of calories. I'm only supposed to drink water because of my kidneys but sometimes when I get a low blood sugar I get to enjoy some cran-grape juice. Yummy!

Not so much a confession as such but I've only found out today that steps shouldn't be counted in calorie burn unless they're above a certain number (ie. because I've put myself as sedentary it allows for around 5000, I think?). Instead of going back and deleting all the exercise entries I included for my pedometer I've just left it because I don't want to see some of my days dip into the red :( Only been using this for 5 days though so not too much of a tragedy? haha

My Fitbit starts giving me a few extra around 3500. I'm set at sedentary as well. Only 100 or so between there and 5000 but extras are extra.

Ah thanks! Good to know, I'll probably start counting mine after 4000 I think :)

I have to confess that I got completely turned off New Rules of Lifting for Women when I got to the part that says YOU MUST EAT BREAKFAST. At that point the book lost all credibility for me.
