Day2 - level 1 done and feeling good !!!0

Day 3 done, and such a HUGE difference in my endurance from yesterday to today!0

I'm on day 5 of level 1 and I can definitely feel a difference. I'm encouraged that many of you are doing additional exercise beyond the DVD - while those 20 minutes kick my butt, my calorie burn goal is twice what the Shred can provide. I'm certain I can keep this going through level 1, but I'm worried about levels 2 and 3!

Hip: 43
Thigh: 25
Calf: 160 -
did my first yesturday and now im ultra sore!!! not sure if ill do day 2 till tomorrow....plus it gives me an excuse to catch up to you guys tomorrow lol :P0

Hoping to join in to. Bought the dvd a while ago, started day 1 this morning and then found this thread! I can't always get time to post every day but will try to report
I did ok but I could do better - the mind is willing my legs won't go any more! Had to "walk" through some of it but kept moving

I survived day 1! Yay! My arms are so weak! The push ups darn near killed me! but.. i did survive On to day 2!0

OK Day 1 check! Technically I finished after midnight so I "missed" day one lol but whatever. Here are my starting stats
SW: 150
Bicep: 12.5
Waist: 35
Hip: 43
Thigh: 24
Calf: 160 -
I'm in! I'm actually 3 days in already but I dont want to loose motivation and it will be so much better knowing that other people are going through it too! I have taken my measurements but will leave posting them til the end. - something to look forward to - hopefully! Good luck everyone, we can do it! :-)0

I'm in the UK so probably a bit in front of most of us here but day 2 completed and I'm still alive!

I have just finished the last day of the Level 1 Shred today, and tomorrow l will be moving onto Level 2. Like mom24uk has said, we'll be a bit behind because l am also in the UK but l have done 10 days of Level 1 and l am already feeling and seeing the difference, so stick at it and you'll be soooo glad at the end of it! Thighs (measured where middle finger stops)- 22"
Calf- 14.5"

Day one completed last night
