My normal breakfast- two scrambled eggs, two teaspoons of parmesan cheese, and one slice of bacon wrapped up in a whole-wheat tortilla. I have a horrendously difficult time meeting my protein requirements, I'm always well under my calorie goals, and I'm a big fan of breakfast, so I don't try to limit myself too much there ^_^0

I had 2 Ritz crackers, 1 tsp of whipped cream cheese, and a 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper jelly. Why? Because my mom bought some delicious hot pepper jelly at the farmer's market, and I wanted to sample it. Hot pepper jelly just isn't the same without a cracker and some cream cheese.0

A forerro rocher, because I needed an energy boost and was craving something 'naughty'. I can buy just one which means I wont scoff a whole box because I did not savour the last one I ate. At 73 calories I can still hit my goal for the day too.0
