    Culver's plain butter burger with cheese kids meal...plus a scoop of turtle custard for good measure. Why? Because I wanted it and it fit in my calorie goal. My macros on the other hand...ah well...I deserve a cheat meal every now and then right?

    Giant stir-fry of pork, chicken, various vegetables, and quinoa over spinach. I wanted to follow dinner with a brownie but I was so full I didn't even quite finish my meal. :(

    The last thing I consumed, and will consume today? A nice hoppy IPA beer. Ok, I'll probably have a glass of water before retiring for the night too.
