    I just had a coconut Greek yogurt, mixed with chocolate protein powder and half a banana

    Because I just finished my workout and I saw a picture of it on another thread... Looked delicious and it was :)

    I just finished up lunch. 4 oz grilled chicken breast (chili pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt&pepper for seasoning) with 0.5 cup of sauteed diced squash. Delish. Now I'm drinking a Crushing Cookies 'N Creme Pro Series Muscle Milk for "dessert."

    Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal...maple and brown sugar. Because it tastes yummy and has lots of fiber and protein!

    YUM! I love this oatmeal. I like mine with a Tablespoon (or two) of peanut butter mixed in.
