The last thing I ate was one large boiled egg and half of a pretty fat cucumber. I'm trying to consume at least 5 small meals a day for the goal of weight loss. I currently weight 255 and need to be in the 120-130 range for my height (5'2). I'm tired of appearing overly confident to hide the pain that I feel from being plus size. It's time for me to truly be happy and confident!0

Zucchini and pepperoni frittata. It was delicious I chop up 30 grams of the little pepperoni slices so that the flavor goes all through the eggs for not many calories (140 cal for 30g) plus the egg and zucchini calories of course.0

Strawberry frosted mini wheats (25 biscuits exactly, I counted lol), 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 hard boiled egg, and a bottle of water. 335 calories and I'm stuffed!0

Why-because they are sooo good and low cal. I need to eat 1,400 calories to lose 7 lbs in one month.0 -
Dinner - Fulka with aloo gobi, 2 kofthas in gravy and 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese which didn't go well with the Indian fare but it has few calories. 1 Strawberry and 1 ounce mango low fat yogurt for dessert.0

Lots of hate for it here in Aus but meh, i enjoyed it. was like a awesome salted caramel
