    Just popping in real quick. Had to do an errand on my lunch and walked 46 mins. oh my will not be eating all those calories. Kelly still working on the cardio part really hard for me is the jumping jacks sounds funny but I find those really hard for me.

    Got to get back to work but chat later, jacque hope you get your phone fixed. I have to stop after work and get DH a new charger his broke.

    Well the day is going good so far.
    I had green beans, snap peas, brocholli and salad for lunch so got some greens in. hope to get more in at supper.
    Took a walk to the bank it was short so not worth logging.
    Cindy-when I did the shred before the jumping jacks were hard for me too.

    So got to get the h2o in and really try to make the time to walk tonight and I am ashame to admit that if I can't get my walk in before Grey's it just not happing:frown: sad i know but I am addicited LOL:blushing:

    ok, so while I was doing my workouts today, I decided I would hold off and do my stretch later...like before supper. I really debated whether to just do it and get it over with, go ahead and push myself and be done...or nah..get outside and mow the lawn, that will be a little challenging, stretch after that. Well, the lawn got done, but the stretch did not. Yes, there is still time to do it, but I am just saying no. I am feeling 50/50 bout it now. I could have done it and not be in this position, OR ya know, you push mowed about 1 hour and no, not quite stretching, but still activity, and wasn't too awful cuz we had a pleasant day here, no heat or humidity...and I just did the stretch Tues. SO, why am I feeling guilty? is it b/c I made an 'exercise for the week' goal list, visible to you all, or that I really am going to pay the price at the scale tomorrow for not doing this 27 minute stretch routine? I am beatin' myself up about this, and now I am gonna stop cuz I realize ....

    in the last 7 days, I had a goal of exercising 495 minutes. I DID 471 (even added 3 minutes)
    I burned (per my hrm) 3,341 calories....didn't wear hrm mowing the lawn today
    Completed 15 workouts with no interruptions....walked outdoors, walked and used weights, walk/jog, stretched, and shredded it.
    2 days I went over in calories, but only by a few hundred.
    got my water in every day.
    I feel more energized.
    not as bloated, even with Tom approaching.

    Deep down I know I had a good week and that I am proud of. It wasn't all that bad, and I can try to make improvements for next week.

    here's to all you ladies and rockin the scale tomorrow. may wt loss be all that we post!! let's do it. let's get healthy!!

    So I had asparagus for dinner so got my greens again. Still working on the water. Didn't get a chance to walk before the rain. but really happy about not going over calorrries and Ihave enought left over to enjoya cup of my new fav light ice cream:bigsmile: I am feelin good about this week with my eating so next week need to incorperate walking with it. So any ideas for next week challlage?

    Good Morning Pepper's,
    Well this morning I was very disappointed I lost only 1 pound, I did retake my measurements and lost 1 inch from waist. but then I thought about it I have only been doing this for 6 days and I already feel better. Now I just want to see what happends when I continue to do this for 30. I can feel every muscle not really that sore. Gonna do this. :drinker: so my weight this week is 199.

    Kelly you are doing great even though I did not loose a lot I know I am building muscle and it weighs more than fat. I am looking forward to seeing my body change. Lets keep doing this for the full 30 days. Then I can judge. Its not over night. I keep thinking that.

    Jacque thanks for eating some green veggies for me. I did eat veggies but not many were green.

    Hi team! down 2.8. Will have to really watch the sodium this week. don't know what the menu's will be with dh home both days this weekend. taking youngest son to his 'lock down' later. pick him up Sunday @ 6pm. not sure if oldest son will be back from college job. still talking rain too. gonna eat then head out for a walk/jog, and shred. I just realized I walked 17 miles in the last 7 days!

    Cindy ~ a loss is a loss! pounds OR inches! you've made improvements all the way around! I know you can *feel* the difference! just think of how you will feel in another week, 2 weeks, a month!! ya wanna get there, right? I know you do!! Yes, our bodies are going to change, muscles are getting tighter, our bodies are getting toned. We will lose inches and become ((smaller!!)) That IS what IS going to happen!! Shred it gurl! I'm so happy for you! and Proud! :bigsmile:

    I went to have my 'logged' strawberry's this am, had a full quart left..and they were gone! the whole thing! dh and ds took them to work I guess :grumble: they are the really BIG ones. Yummy. Looks like I will have to make a stop after son is delivered.

    Ok so I logged in food so far today, feelin good had green for lunch. Hit the H2O. Took a mini walk on lunch break. Plan to go to mall and walk tonight. Also they are opening a gym by my house and they are having a start up spcial of 0 down and 9.95 a month. So I am going to check that out. They wont be open til june by that cool.I have a squats schedule I got on line so I thought I do that. You do squats 3 days a week. look at it at http://www.twohundredsquats.com. If not lets do the 10 a day. What ever easier for everyone.

    What a day! Just got home and now relaxing. Ok so spent from 4;45 to 7:30 dealing with Drama with DD AGH!!:mad: It all turn out ok but was stressful.:cry: Needless to say I didn't walk,never made it to gym or grocery store.:sad: Pick DS and decided too tired to cook so let just grab something cheap. Of course I said pizza?:happy: DS said naw lets do subway so I got a veggi sub and am sooo full and so happy that I didn't get pizza.:bigsmile: So finish uner calories goal and got my greens in YAY!!!! So tomorrow going to do all the things I didn't tonight and start my spring cleaning room by room.:indifferent: Want a taste of chocolate sooo bad but none in house and too tired to get some LOL ita good thing I am lazy.:laugh: Well goodnight all

    Wow look at all the loosing Pepper's this week. lets keep it up. I will try doing squats and will do as many sit ups as I can think I will do them before bed tonight. did day 7 shred and hope to weed yard before it starts raining again. I was not expecting a huge loss this week but expect will loose more this week. I have been at least 150 - 200 under my calories everyday and I did over 130 mins over goal exercise minsl. Need to drink more water so new goal and challenge this week sqats and sit ups and more water daily, continue shred

    Keep up the great support and lets get in shape and feeling better,

    I gained this week....
    Ate too much crap - didn't attend any kickboxing classes.

    In a funk - so perhaps Sunday the start of a new week would be better.

    hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. getting a little break from the rain right now. I really pushed myself today in my workouts. thought I would have burned more calories in my walk/jog, but did burn more in Shred and stretch. and like Cindy, improving with all aspects of the Shred. I didn't have to stop once today and was able to do all the cardio. getting stronger!! I was so sweaty when done, but it felt good! also, dh is baking a turkey today...so that has increased the temp in the house, plus the humidity is high b/c of the rain. oldest son is on his way home, and that's about it for the day. nothing is planned, but possibly a trip to the farm, inlaws. will do squats and situps before my shower. have a good one ladies.

    Jacque....I have been so hungry for pizza this week, well, a lot of things. you're doing so well. keep your goals in focus. you can do this!
    Cindy...yes, the more calories we burn, the more we need/get to eat! I was below a few days too, but there's some day's I am just not hungry or it's too late. these small changes are affective! what size wts are you using shred?
    Barb..no worries. you're still in this and I know you won't give up....each day is a new day!

    was outside pulling weeds from the front & cleaning off the patio in the back. Good golly, I hate yardwork.

    The gas mower isn't working... so all we have left is a smaller older (think 1960s) electric mower. Well, I started to do the backyard w/the mower and ran over the cord.... He had to go buy another mower.

    I get frustrated... everyday he's out in the back yard smoking... so everyday he sees the weeds & grass length up to my knees. So what does he do -- spend most of the day in bed.

    Granted I in pissy mood so don't tell me doing yard work is good for me.... once he said that I was like Hell it is... and with every weed I pulled & leaf I swept away my anger boils.

    I pissy because I didn't want to spend a 4th weekend in a row just doing nothing except tv. I wanted to go to a play a high school friend is in but.... didn't get tickets soon enough. And he really didn't want to go.

    He tells me well I wanted to do yard & clean garage but what do you want to do? When I don't answer he suggests crap I don't want to do... or stay home and help organizing his new coin collection... please.... gag me w/a spoon right now....

    I realize he has many health issues. My perception is it's all about him...... and when I mention, let's do something my ideas are either beat down or I get I don't feel I could do that type of walk.....

    perhaps tomorrow will be better

    Day 8 done feeling sore in knee's but other than that doing good. Kelly using 3lb weights I order with the tape. Not ready to increase dont want to bulk just want toning and streghth. Cardio is tough but I only stopped once today. but for the final one I kept pushing.

    Kelly you are doing so well and Jacque you are doing great, Keep up the hard work.

    Barb sorry you are going through so much crap. men do get like that when not feeling well but he does need to move too. I like yard work but he does the mowing I do the weeding. Yard work is done by everyone in the house. We all enjoy the yard we all should keep it up. :flowerforyou: I have been complaining how sore I am getting and he said if I am going to do it to myself dont complain so I wont just to spite him. LOL they cant win all the time.

    Went to my inlaws yesterday. Was brought up about the 'women' going to Canada June 24. This is a trip my dh and fil are taking and so far, just the two of them. mil and I did not go to Canada last year, and I usually go every other year. So, it could be just them and us going which is ok. Nothing is final. One of the first things I checked was my cycle estimator. It is predicting this coming weekend (Memorial) and June 21. I'm hoping for early arrival x2, sorry TMI.

    Today, I have just been so tired, no energy. Woke up a few times during the nite, wind blowing, raining, neighbors doing fireworks...really would like to take a nap, but feeling some anxiety...been thinking about ds at lock down... will be picking him up in a few hours, and oldest son said he might do that for us. I thought well, Tanner would be glad to see his big brother getting him. I did a random b/p check last night b/c it had been almost a month and at bedtime it was 106/64. A pretty good drop since last taken....likely all due to my exercising and lower salt diet. When I put on my HRM before exercising, resting pulse was 66. Also lower. I'm using 3 lb wts too.

    Good Morning all!
    I had such a busy weekend. Spent Sat. morning getting errands done. Had lunch with Sis and spent the day and into the next morning with her. It was nice. I really had so much to do but life is short and I don't want memories of house work and laundry. So totally spent the whole day eating and swimming and general good time. Sat. eating was on the heavy side and made me feel miserable. So got to remember not to overindulge. We ended our time taking a yolung man we know since he was in jr High to the hospital, needless to say I didn't get home till 3:30 am. So Sunday I spent the day working on the hoouse got more done then I thought I would. Didn't really do any exercising on the weekend. Swimming on Saurday was good. And Sunday working in the house. Vaccume is broken so sweeping all the floors not only got me a good workout but house looks so much better. Well back on focus today!
    Goals: Water, Log food, squats, walk
    Hope everyone having a not so manic Monday

    Well the kink in my neck is now full fleged pain in my neck. Going to leave work early and go home and rest with a heating pad. Loged food, 6 glasses of water so far. Not bad. Check in later

    Well so far so good today. As long as I keep moving I am not too sore. Took a short walk on lunch but only 10 mins so not logging it. Food is going well, not over doing it. feel hungry but waiting until I go home for supper. My pants are getting a little baggy looking. Which is not a bad thing.

    good job Jacque and Cindy. one day down, here's to tomorrow! Well yesterday I did Biggest Loser Cardio Max Level 1. It is a 20 minute workout not quite as intense as the Shred. I am sore today in my glutes, so I know different muscles were worked. The Shred went very well today and I actually felt like I wasn't behind. Cindy are you gonna keep with level 1 and then move to 2 after 30 days? I think for me, I better stick with 1.

    Today was our last day of school....I got on the bus and road the route and chatted with my bus kids! It was the highlight of my day!! I got hugs, smiles, I missed you, and tons of questions! Oh, my heart was smiling!!:smooched: Visited with my mom today..she wants me to go to the cemeteries with her Wednesday..which could be an all day ordeal. Lunch I'm sure. gonna try and get to some of the ballgames my nieces and nephews play in this summer. could be a busy after all.

    Jacque hope the heating pad is helping and your neck improves. Cindy yeah for baggy pants! :drinker: tomorrow is my long workout day! Bring it!

    Hi all.
    Sunday was a bit better than Saturday.
    Today, was ok then I got a call regarding my legal issues. Thankfully I went straight to kickboxing afterwards. Missed the first 15minutes of class due to the call.

    Poor bag..... Had a different bag drill partner who I apologized to after class. I told her I'm sorry I should have warned you I'm lethal at times.

    My car had it's 36K service today. On the way home from the dealer, he wanted chinese buffet. Damn desserts. The buffet had some new items.....

    Found out my daughter's rabbit and the dog likes the one cereal Dave & I don't like. The cereal was for the kids... but they are with their father. Rabbit gets all excited when he smells the cereal

    At the flea market yesterday he purchaed a bigger used cage for the cockatiel. I am not joking -- the cage is 6 inches in length smaller than the fridge. Hey, for $25 and all it needed was a cleaning... not a bad deal.

    The parakeets moved into the cockatiels old cage.

    I jokingly said well now we have empty birdcage thats great for a canary... No, not interested in another bird. Luckily the new cat has no interest in the birds.

    Well day 10 done, today seamed a bit hard. I am trying to consintrate on proper form so I dont do the exercise wrong. Still under calories. Today I will be walking for 20-25 mins. to station downtown so I can go to a company training so more exercise :drinker:

    Kelly yes I am staying with level 1 at least the 30 days, then 2 for 30 days, then 3 that gives me 90 days you are doing so good keep it up.

    Barb glad you are making it to class. Great way to work the stress out. :drinker:

    Well starting tomorrow I will be on vacation until Tuesday. :drinker: DH is going camping with the guys so empty house me an mil will have lots of fun.

    poppin' in with a quick hi to you all this am...getting shoes laced up, hrm on, sunglasses and headin out for my 4 miler! when I get back it will be Shred and stretch! Whew! been doing catch up with Biggest Loser...think I watched the episode from 2 weeks ago..there were 5 left. Jillian had a quote that has stuck with me...."Stop Neglecting Yourself". Anyway, it has motivated me! here's to a positive and healthy day...go after it ladies!

    Good morning all!
    Well neck is a little better still don't have great range of motion but heating pad is helping.
    DD moved back home at 4 this morning, been praying she leave that guy but now worried because DS and I have a routine and its been good. I told her this morning things are different and she needs to accept and not cause troouble. Then pleaded with her to not mess with her brother for the next two weeks due to finals. Hopefully she will listen.

    Did good with loging food and water yesterday but no exercise due to neck. Hope to start moving more this week. feeling good otherwise. I join the gym this weekend and it will open up next week so YAY!!! Can't wait. They open at 5 so hope to work out before work lilke I use to.

    Cindy and Kelly you guys rock!!! Great job on the workouts! ur my idol. Barb- Glad u were able to get to kick the H#$$ out of the bag, hope it helped.

    just finished lunch....swiss cheese slice, Tostitos baked scoops, fresh salsa, red delicious apple w/peanut butter...bout 450 cals. still hungry so gonna have some walnuts then head outside to blow silver maple seeds (helicopters) before they become trees, and sweep them up! Will do my stretch later, and will do squats and sit-ups then. been slacking on the 'greens' again.

    Hi ladies. I was off work today due to dental appointment, then off to 2 different attorney offices, haircut, then I treated myself to 2 books & 2 pr of jeans from the thift store.
