Today I have walked 2.25 Miles with my girls. Dropped them off at home and went the other direction. That gave me another 2.0 Miles....total 4.25 Miles today...Would like too get more in this evening with husband but that is a a wait and see thingy...Will log my progress anyway as of right now..

Rubbish start to June - I got ill!!! So no gym, no walking, no dance class this week.
However, had to fly to Belfast for a meeting today and with flights not matching meeting time I had a load of spare time to walk around. 7 miles today!!!! Woohoo!!!
Tomorrow I'm back at the airport for a sneaky weekend in Rome, with walking, eating and dancing planned. Even better!!!

So I had planned 20 min of walking during my monthly visitor but did even better than I had expected. Sunday - 20 min yoga. Monday/Tuesday - 20 min walk away the pounds. Wednesday - 20 min Zumba and Thursday - 20 min Hip Hop aerobics. This is the first time in life I have done planned exercise during TOM! I'm back to the gym tomorrow for 50 min of Aqua Zumba, I missed my friends but glad I managed some activity.

06 Sat - 100 kilometre ride on our Bike Friday Pocket Llamas (folding bikes). The route was relatively flat, but had the added challenge of rain for the first half of the ride. Fortunately it was a warm day for winter, and wasn't at all windy for a change!
That was the longest distance we have ridden the folding bikes so far. It was kind of a test ride to see how we would go over that distance. We were reasonably comfortable. I was having a few back/right hip issues, but stretching seemed to help.

A weekend in Rome, walking, eating all day (literally - I gave up at the first meat course, having had antipasti, tapas, and two pasta dishes and didn't hang around for tiramasu), then going out to party and dance at the sort of time I'd usually be heading TO bed....a stunning 20 miles walked. Some of that was dancing steps but I'm not fussy!!!!

Late last night I did do 4.1 miles on the Exercise Bike. I just did not feel like coming back too log..
Do not get as much walking in on Sundays. I did get up very early (before Morning Services) too walk the girls..
