    Successes/struggles this week: I am in, lost 12lb since mid April, however my will power is almost gone! My husband loves his fast food and seems to be eating more of it lately! Holiday booked for July and would really like to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes!     I am telling you guys! This no junk food/keep it green thing is awesome! I've kept my gym schedule exactly the same, but I've already dropped 4 lbs!

    Successes/struggles this week: Just trying to get back on track. I had an awesome March (hit 10,000 steps every day, was under calories every day, followed the Advocare 24-day Challenge). I kept most of that up through April, but had some struggle days. May I traveled and had family in town and everything went downhill. 3 full days in June I'm back at getting all my steps in and staying under my calorie goal. Aiming for a 30-day streak on both of those things.

    Successes/struggles this week: Time to get serious again. After losing 20lbs, my weight has been creeping up over the last 10 months. I haven't gained it all back but this has got to stop now. I need more mindful eating, eat what will fuel me, not all the junk. I know I can do this but taking these first steps are always hard! I want out of the 200s. I can do this!

    Successes/struggles this week: I am your typical up and down weight gainer. Find something that works...and a month or so later I am cheating already. Back to tracking and using IIFYM as a guide this time.
    A small but motivational success for me this week was that training at the gym this past month has brought my throwing arm back for softball. Something I haven't seen in over 6 years after an injury. Hey...who would have thought...working out does make you stronger!

    Intentions for today: drink lots of water. Make sensible choices when out at dinner tonight for niece's graduation. Get actual work done and don't procrastinate with eating. Do one video workout.
