    May 16th: 166 (lost one pound thanks to a natural body cleaning day!)

    No change. Was expecting a gain as i've kind of lost my motivation at the minute.

    I don't seem to be moving very much. :( I do feel good that I'm now able to run on a treadmill for 30 minutes (5k). I never imagined that I would be able to run 10 consecutive minutes, let alone 30 minutes. YAY!! :D

    Hi all,
    Talk about challenge.
    I'm just not losing weight.
    I'm doing 4-5 workouts a week and eating pretty good.
    I can see I'm gaining muscle tone though and that looks good.
    Hard not to see the numbers go down.

    Guys I want to start off with an appology. I havnt been around the last few weeks as I am sure you are aware. I havnt kept up with my responcibilites of this challenge, and you know I have a feeling it has really affected you guys - I can see by our results. I have refocused my energy and I am defo going to be here for you guys from now on. I know I rely a lot from support given on MFP and I am here for u guys 24/7 from now on - email, post on my profile - or whatever is best for you. So with that said lets see the results!!!

    WOW - guys we have done great!!!

    We have 47 people still in the challenge!

    Our total pounds to loose as a group from the beginning of the challenge was: 325.7

    But so far we have lost............wait for it.......121.8!!!! Its so fantastic im so proud of each and every one of u! We have 208 still to go as a group - We can do this guys!! Come on!!!

    I want to say a massive congrats to curlyelm who has lost a massive 10 pounds in the challenge so far! Our biggest looser so far!

    Our biggest loser this week was Lauriek70 loosing 5.5 pounds!! well done!! Who is it going to be next week??

    @pink- if you need help please let me know and I will be happy to help you with this challenge. Please take care of yourself and give yourself time to rest.

    Way to go Everyone- we are doing this and making a difference in our lives everyday. Right now my energy level is up and I am noticing little changes that is helping with my mood in the losing weight area. For example- working out harder and longer on the spin bike without getting winded or being able to pedal standing up. This would not have happened 4 month ago let alone last month.

    To help keep everyone motivated answer the following question if you desire, answers need not relate to exercise.
    What have you been able to do lately that you were not able to do before? :bigsmile:

    Weekends are still a struggle for me, any tips ladies on keeping on track when the bell goes on friday (so to speak)

    Hmmmm.... there are quite a few...

    I walk from the train station to my office (0.9 miles) most mornings (when I'm not running late), and although I could do it before - now it just feels like a short stroll and not such a chore....

    I can buckle up my gladiator sandals without having to sit down...
