7...and I've had 7 for a couple months, lol. I just can't seem to break the 200s. I've been circling around in the same 5 pounds all this time. I'll lose a couple, then gain a couple, then lose them again, lol. I'm basically maintaining, but I know it's my own fault as my eating has been slipping. Been under tremendous stress. I guess I should be proud that I'm maintaining through all this.

6. A measley 6. 4 of which I've lost, then gained, then lost then gained in the last couple of months. Getting under 200lbs/90kg seems to be my roadblock.2

I feel your pain, lol. Sounds like we're in basically the same boat like I said above. We'll get there.

Indeed we will. I feel like it is this psychological barrier and once I'm through it, I'll be going great guns again!1 -
61 lbs to go its seems forever away. If I can consistently maintain losing on average 2.2 lbs a week I could see 199 by Christmas. That'd be awesome.8

About 6 pounds to go. It was 252 to 230 by CICO and accidently found myself Low Carb High Fat trying to eat in a way to cut my pain levels. I have lost the last 25 pounds over the last 250 days but it looks more like a 50 pound lost because the inches that melted away while the scales did not move for months at a time. At 209 I maintained for 90 days in a +/- 2 pound range to help insure I do not YO YO ever again in my life.
I am at my lowest weight in 22 years and have 33 pounds to go to get to 172
Looking forward to be under 200 soon. It seemed like impossible to ever be under 200 again so if I can do it at my age some of you should do it faster than I have. When you are very sick and 60+ it is very hard. Just get it done while you are as young as possible so you do not wreck your body like I did abusing carbs. Our kids turn 18 in 100 days and I want to be close to 180 by then.9 -

I've lost only 35 lbs since I started MFP. The scale read 198 lbs this morning but I'm not celebrating just yet lol. I have this sinking feeling that tomorrow it will go back to being above 200! The struggle is real! Still a long way to go for me towards my ideal weight but we will all make it14
