    Successes: I worked my way up from doing 6,000 steps to doing 10,000 + every day. I am walking almost every evening for at least 30mins to hit that target.
    Struggles: I had a bit of a wobble on Sunday. It was a foul day and my mood matched the weather. Ate into my exercise calls big time. Couldn't believe my eyes when I got on the scales on Monday and had dropped 1 lb. :grin:

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been getting 10,000 steps on my fitbit everyday. I am still struggling to drink my 8 glassed of water. I get about 4-6.

    Successes/struggles this week: Exercised 4 days. Stayed under calorie goal 6/7 days. My desire to snack threatens to blow my daily calorie goal, but most days last week I've waited until after dinner to have a snack.

    Successes/struggles this week: A week and a half ago, I was 203 lbs., then shot up about 5 lbs, back to 205, up to 208 toward the end of last week, but then, with a lot of walking over the weekend, I was able to bring it down to 205.

    Successes/struggles this week: Severe eczema flare up means that I have struggled to exercise, and travelling has made it difficult to prepare nutritious meals. I have lost though even if not what I had hoped for.

    Every summer I loose 10-12 lbs and then EVERY winter I put it back on but it is getting harder as I age to loose it right away. So I am hoping this forum will help.

    I can log and do well all day up until after dinner. ..then I snack too much and blow my cal count :(.

    Successes/struggles this week: well a lb lost and sticking with the exercise and meticulous logging. The struggle was to not eat when I was alone with the fridge. Lots of water and knowing I had to log here helped a lot.
